The location was great and incredible, for example, Port - O was at walking distance from the hotel. There were a mall and a market around the property. The restaurant was nice and reasonably priced, for breakfast.

The hotel rooms were vintage with a great view, reasonably priced. The location within walking distance of the beach was stunning.

Welcoming staff, individual, immaculate rooms except for bathroom. Fab, marvellous location in Naples, not far from the Boathouse restaurant, located at the end of the property and downtown, the beach and restaurants and the habour in Naples. Also, right on the harbour.

Booked a room except for bathroom. The staff was efficient, helped a lot. Its location was good, really close to 2 excellent restaurants & bars, and in a very nice area. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

Spotless and wonderful place, has particularly nice views of the bay. It has particularly good and fab location for visiting Downtown Naples. The attached restaurant in the hotel is exceptional.

Excellent and perfect location back to the Cove, free parking onsite. Based close to located at the end of the property, Naples town centre, and Tin City shops.

They gave me deluxe double room with a great view and clean towels. The location of the hotel was good and beautiful - relatively near Fifth Avenue South.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the marina and a short walk to the Old Town area. The staff service was excellent, and the housekeeping was top-notch. Plus, the view from the room was picturesque, overlooking the marina.

The bed in our room was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the sheets were of lower quality and felt slightly scratchy.

Stayed in beautiful and fantastic double room with an amazing view. The most important was the staff - obliging and courteous people. The position of the hotel was stunning, excellent right on harbour.

This beautiful hotel is based in a beautiful building and has an attached restaurant. The room is extremely spacious and equipped with climate control, television and a microwave. There's relaxing informal bar with hot beverages.

The setting was quite absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice within easy reach of Downtown Naples.
